Llevo más de 30 años viviendo en Samari Lake, 12 años de dueña.
Llevo cinco años de Realtor.
Quisiera empezar por avisarles quiero mucho a esta comunidad y he tratado todo lo posible de hacer un cambio en Samari Lake pero desafortunadamente cada vez que uno trata de ayudar a esta junta directiva la respuesta es no y te paran inmediatamente.
El futuro de Samari Lake está en nuestras manos. Quisiera ver un cambio desde la compañía management la compañía de limpieza y la de seguridad .
Arreglar nuestros problemas de parqueo y cambiar la cara de Samari Lake y que sea otra vez un lugar orgulloso de vivir.
La realidad es fácil ver el daño y el abuso que se le ha hecho a esta propiedad simplemente mirando nuestra paredes sin pintar nuestros pisos sin mantenimiento nuestros elevadores sin pasarles la mano nuestra piscina sin silla dónde sentarse y una está dañada y no la han arreglado tantas más cosas que necesitan mantenimiento Y no hablemos de las condiciones del parqueo. Han abusado de esta propiedad y a sido mucho el daño y va a tomar tiempo para arreglarlo y ponerlo al día tengo mucho interés en revisa la inspección de los 40 años y ponernos en un rumbo más directo y regresar valor otra vez a nuestras propiedades.
Necesitamos juntarnos todos como dueños "Meeting" , los reglamentos de condominio exigen qué nos juntemos pero no hemos tenido una junta de dueños en años y es muy necesario para todos conocer la necesidad de la comunidad y adaptarnos a los cambios.
Es tiempo de darle a Samari Lake el respeto de comunidad que no la hemos tenido en mucho tiempo y es muy necesaria para el bienestar de nuestras propiedades.
Somos 635 apartamento y 5 personas no pueden hacer este cambio sólo.
Juntos está la fuerza gracias a todos por su cooperación echemos adelante y unirse al el cambio cuál es necesario para nuestro futuro.

I am a licensed realtor have had my license for over five years.
I would like to emphasize how much I love this community. I have made several efforts to try to help this current Board of Directors to only be stopped at every opportunity to help.
The future of Samari Lake is in Our hands. I would like to make changes from the management company to the cleaning company and the security company with the right Attorneys to guide us.
We need to Address the situation with parking and give Samari Lakes a much needed face lift and bring back the basic Necessities of living in Community such as Samari Lake.
The neglect and abuse that has taken place in our community is Very easily seen on a daily basis from our walls our dirty dingy floors our dirty elevators the condition of our parking lot. The neglect goes as far as having pools without chairs for people to sit on and one of our pools has been down for many months now almost a year to date has no water in it. Balcony's overflowing with dangerous items being stored in them from barbecues to paint and heavy equipment washers dryer refrigerators etc.
So much going wrong in our property due to the lack of maintenance and guidance from our Board of Directors Who are nowhere to be found and let it's the beginning of the month to collect her money from parking after that they are gone till next month.
Our buildings have had many years of neglect and the dysfunction of the board of directors with Little or no upkeep is taking its toll on our property value and image and it shows. Unfortunately this did not happen overnight and we will not be able to fix it as quickly as we would like to. But it is time for us to step forward and make Everything that is wrong with Samari Lakes right.
I would also like to address the 40 year inspection that in itself is a delicate situation. It must be addressed in order to bring a much needed change and value to our properties.
I would also like to bring back "Owner" meetings that are expected by all condominiums were owners can express their needs and what changes need to be made in order to improve the standard of living in Samari Lake. We unfortunately have not had a meeting in over four years this is not good in any way shape or form and has us in the situation we are in right now.
It is time to bring respect back to Samari Lake which we have had a lack of in the last few years. It is in the best interest of our community and even more necessary now to Bring change and move forward.
We are 635 apartments We cannot expect five people to bring the Necessary changes it must be a community effort.
We must unite to bring a much need change to Samari Lake before it's to late. Cooperation and pushing forward for our future is extremely necessary at this time of crisis.
